Because we have a very selfish regime in Rwanda that never gives a damn. The people of Rwanda are left most of the time to fend for themselves. Its never easy to openly support families when you’re in diaspora, as the regime steal that support away from the intended family.
However, some of us have found an ingenious way to support families to buy some ka-food (little food).
