People Salvation Movement, Welcomes Diane Rwigara

The Rwanda People Salvation Movement(PSM)-Itabaza, welcomes back its leader, Diane Rwigara and her mother Adeline Rwigara, from the dreadful prisons of the Rwandan regime. Though they’re not free yet, but we thank the almighty God, for hearing our prayers and cries.

THE PEOPLE SALVATION MOVEMENT(PSM)-ITABAZA COMMUNIQUE NO: 5

The unjustly imprisonment of Diane Rwigara,Adeline Rwigara and members of the People Salvation Movement(PSM)-Itabaza on bogus charges, is something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

As a progressive political pressure group, we thank the judicial system to have done the right thing and granted bail to Diane Rwigara and her mother. However, we condemn the slow culture of expediting justice in Rwanda. Its not fair, for innocent people to languish in prisons for over a year on bogus charges.

The Rwanda People Salvation Movement(PSM)-Itabaza, Continues to call for the immediate release of its members that continue to be illegally detained in different safe houses, and detention facilities. Having a different political view in Rwanda from the ruling party, should not be a crime, but a bonus to democracy. The Rwanda People Salvation Movement(PSM)-Itabaza, will Continue its Political Activism through peaceful means.

Lastly, we call upon the Rwanda judicial system, to drop all charges levied against the Rwigara family, as they’re bogus and would not stand in any civilised court of Law.

Once again, We welcome our Leader Diane Rwigara and her dear Mother, back home!!
