THE COORDINATOR OF CRIMINAL PAUL KAGAME’S PROJECTS IN DR CONGO

In 2018, president Joseph Kabila promoted Jonas Luize Padiri from the rank of Brig Gen to the rank of Maj Gen. Throughout DR Congo conflicts, Major General Jonas Luize Padiri remained royal to Congolese army (FARDC). As a colonel, Jonas Luize Padiri protected Goma town from falling into the hands of CNDP rebels of Gen Laurent Nkunda.

Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri is a Munyamulenge from Minembwe. In past wars, Jonas Luize Padiri was a patriotic officer who loved DR Congo and always against any external interferences. He was among Banyamulenge officers who clandestinely used to supply weapons to a Munyamulenge nationalist, Gen Pacific Masunzu when he was fighting against Rwanda Defence Force thugs in the hills of Fizi.

With time, as Jonas Luize Padiri started tasting luxury, the DR Congo nationalist military officer started being money minded like other officers within DR Congo Army (FARDC). He turned into a businessman in DR Congo military uniform. Assassin James Kabarebe’s business middle men started reaching out to him on Diamond and Gold deals. Later, this led to direct contact with Gen James Kabarebe.

Remember, Gen James Kabarebe has always been the head of DR Congo desk within Rwanda’s security services.

In military regions that he commanded, Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri’s business agents would buy minerals mainly Diamond and Gold for cheap, and he would later sell the minerals to James Kabarebe/Paul Kagame’s business agents. With love for luxury comes greed and betrayals. In this case, Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri started becoming a double agent in exchange for Lucifer’s dime.

By the end of 2017, Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri had become a fully blown double agent reporting directly to Gen James Kabarebe who was then the enclave’s minister of defence.

 

Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri had reached what psychologists refer as a tipping point, a point of no return in trying to satisfy his personal greed.

At this point, Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri was buying properties in Rwanda through his cousin Jacques Sebudegeri. Currently, him and Gen James Kabarebe are inseparable.

As the 20th century American psychologist – Erich Fromm noted, “greed is a bottomless pit which exhausts the person in an endless effort to satisfy the need without ever reaching satisfaction.” Greed has consumed Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri. A patriot and nationalist has reduced himself to being a double agent to the extent of betraying his own race.

Now, Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri is the chief coordinator of criminal Paul Kagame’s operations in DR Congo. Since last year, he has been coordinating attacks against his own people, Banyamulenge in Uvira – Fizi corridor.

Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri has been facilitating elements of Bafulera/Bafuliru, Banyindu and Babembe travel to Rwanda for military training. And these are the elements under Mai Mai who are leading scorched earth policy against Banyamulenge since last year, 2018.

As a Munyamulenge, Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri knows the route cause of hate that criminal Paul Kagame has over Banyamulenge, his own people. The hate which started in mid 90s when the late Banyamulenge cultural King Vedaste Karojo Sunzu refused criminal Paul Kagame’s project, to the time when his son Rwema Gerdarme was kidnapped for the second time in Uganda by DMI agents under direct supervision of James Kabarebe and Jack Nziza.

Maj Gen Edmond Illunga, Brig Gen Innocent Gahizi, Brig Gen Bolingo, Muhindo Akili Mundos…etc; all report to Maj Gen Jonas Luize Padiri in this Kagamist project of trying to annihilate Banyamulenge, then create a rear operation zone for Burundian rebel groups which are under the patronage of Rwanda and continue to build anti Museveni capacity in North Kivu – Ituri axis in areas bordering Uganda.

Rwandan Generals Control the Democratic Republic of the Congo
